About EMDR

One of the techniques I utilize in therapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a safe, well-researched, evidence-based and clinically-proven method of treating many trauma-related issues that clients face including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, abuse, phobias, and addictions. By supporting the re-processing of traumatic events, EMDR can help you heal.
